Cancellation by a consumer

Selina Ratcliffe Yoga is entitled to keep a reasonable amount, the deposit payment, to cover any expenses incurred as a result of your cancellation.

If you cancel before April 1st 2024 and have paid in full or paid a 50% deposit, we will refund 100% Any bookings cancelled after April 1st 2024, are non-refundable This does not affect your legal right to transfer your booking to another person in certain circumstances.

If a 50% deposit has been paid the final 50% of the total fee must be paid by May 1st 2024 or the booking will be cancelled and the 50% deposit will not be refunded. 

Cancellation by Selina Ratcliffe Yoga

In the unlikely event that Selina Ratcliffe Yoga has to cancel your retreat for no fault of your own, we will notify you as quickly as possible and we will compensate you for any loss reasonably incurred by you as a result of our cancellation.

• If there are not enough sign-ups to run the retreat. 

The consumer is entitled to compensation by Selina Ratcliffe Yoga except

• When the holiday is cancelled due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Selina Ratcliffe Yoga.

Flight confirmation and insurance

It is your responsibility to confirm your flight times with your airline before your outward and return journey.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of private travel insurance for both UK and overseas travel with protection for the full duration of the retreat in respect of medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, with adequate cover.

Exclusions of liability

• Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control.

• Participants' medical or psychiatric/emotional conditions which may become apparent through practising yoga daily on a Selina Ratcliffe Yoga retreat.

• Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
