All yoga classes with Selina are designed to be relaxed, welcoming, explorative and nourishing for the mind, body and soul.

Each class has a  blend of asana (postures/yogic stretching), pranayama (breathing techniques) mindfulness and relaxation.


You can join me online from the comfort of your own home or come along to one of my in-person classes, if you are in the Bristol area or Rode Village, Somerset.

Monday 8.15pm - 9.00pm ~ Yoga Nidra

(January only 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th)

Yoga Nidra is the perfect tonic to modern day life and stresses.

Practiced laying down, this deeply restoring practice can help to improve sleep, reduce stresses, replenish your reserves and calm an overactive mind. There are no postures involved! You don't have to turn on your zoom screen!
