Retreat programme

The first class will be on Friday evening, followed by a delicious dinner. I will then lead you through two classes on the Saturday, a more dynamic morning class to align to body and breath and an afternoon practice to delve deeper into the postures and relax and restore.

On Sunday there will be a morning practice before breakfast, another shorter class before lunch and the end of the retreat.

Arrival time on Friday 1 December is from 4pm onwards. The first yoga session will be at 5.30pm. The weekend will finish on Sunday 3 December after lunch at 2pm.
