Yoga in the workplace
Yoga is an effective way to unwind from our increasingly busy schedules and many employers are recognising the numerous benefits of investing in the wellbeing of their employees. In addition to reducing cortisol-levels (stress hormone) and increasing energy and productivity, regular yoga classes encourage healthy posture and alignment, alleviating the back, neck, shoulder and wrist tension that accumulates after many hours of desk-sitting.
