What to expect
In this course, you can expect a gentle introduction to yoga, with a focus on building a strong foundation for your practice. Here's what you can look forward to:

Standing, Seated Postures, and Balance: Explore the foundational elements of yoga through a variety of standing and seated poses. Improve your flexibility, strength, and balance as you discover the beauty of these postures. Don't worry if you're a little wobbly at first – we all start somewhere!

I'll introduce you to the Half Sun Salutation, which serves as an introduction to the full Sun Salutation, a foundational sequence in yoga.. We'll take it slow and gentle, making it accessible for everyone, as we explore each part in detail. .

Simple Breathing Techniques: We will be exploring the power of your breath. You'll learn how to connect with your breath, using it as a tool to calm the mind.

Relaxation : Every class will conclude with a period of relaxation. You'll have the opportunity to unwind, let go of tension, and integrate the benefits of your practice. This time is yours to cultivate a sense of peace and tranquility.

The final class we will integrate everything you've learned into an hour yoga class.
