We look gently at things like:

How we start
We always start with your real life.
I’ll usually ask:
“What does an average day look like for you?”
From there, we explore what’s actually happening — not what you think should be happening.
This gives us a really clear picture of where things are getting stuck, and what might help things feel more steady.

How it works
This is a structured but flexible 12 week container designed to create momentum at the start, and stability as we go.
We meet:

Session 1: 90-minute deep dive (Week 1)

Sessions 2–4: 45-minute coaching sessions (Weeks 2–10)

Final session: 45 minutes (Week 11–12)
We consolidate progress, make things feel steady, and create clarity for how to continue on your own without slipping back into starting over. Between sessions, you’ll have light support so you’re not trying to figure everything out alone.
