A Note From Me
If you’re here, it’s likely because something in your wellbeing feels a little off, and you’re ready to pay attention.
This reset is a chance to notice what’s supporting you, what’s getting in the way, and where small, realistic changes could bring more energy, clarity, and ease. We work with the foundations of health: body, nervous system, nourishment, rest, sleep and daily rhythms, so healthier choices begin to feel more natural rather than forced.
My teaching and coaching is guided by authenticity, compassion, and a commitment to growth, so the changes you make are ones that genuinely fit your life. Yoga and simple health practices changed my life, and I now support others to experience the same possibilities through sustainable guidance.
What This Is
The Well-Being Reset is a short, personalised online coaching package designed to help you improve how you feel day to day, in ways that are practical and realistic.
We look at the parts of daily life that most affect health and wellbeing — how you eat, sleep, move, manage stress, and structure your routines — and identify small changes that can make things feel easier and more supportive, rather than another thing to manage.
Some people come with a clear aim, such as wanting more energy, better sleep, support with eating well, or feeling healthier overall. Others don’t have a specific goal, just a sense that something isn’t quite working and they’d like help finding a steadier way forward. Both are completely valid.
This work isn’t about overhauling your life or following strict plans. It’s about understanding what’s going on for you, making thoughtful adjustments, and building habits that actually fit your life.
What This Is Not
This is not a yoga programme and nor do you need to practice yoga to join. You won’t be asked to attend a yoga class as part of this package. Any movement, breath work, or awareness practices we discuss are always optional and tailored to your comfort, needs, and daily life.
How I Work as a Health Coach
As a Health Coach, I work in a non-judgemental, person-centred way. I don’t tell you what to do or impose plans. Instead, I support you to understand what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and where small, realistic changes can make a meaningful difference.
You remain in control throughout. My role is to offer guidance, encouragement, accountability and clarity so you can make changes that genuinely fit your life.
What’s Included
The Well-Being Reset includes three private, 1:1 online sessions via Zoom and is £111.
Session 1 – Health Questionnaire & Direction (60 minutes)
Before we meet, you’ll complete a 3 day food diary. During our first session, we’ll work through a health questionnaire together, allowing us to understand your current rhythms, priorities, and any goals you may have, and to identify a few high-impact areas to focus on.
Session 2 – Fortnightly Check-In (45 minutes)
Two weeks later, we reflect on what’s unfolding, gently adjust where needed, and build confidence as new habits begin to settle.
Session 3 – Fortnightly Wrap-Up (45 minutes)
Two weeks after that, we consolidate progress, notice what now feels easier or more natural, and ensure you feel supported and clear about how to continue.
After each session, you’ll receive a written summary, so you don’t need to remember everything or hold it all in your head.
Continuing Support (Optional)
If you’d like to continue beyond the three sessions, there is the option to move into monthly 45 minute coaching sessions at £70 per session. This can be helpful if you’d like ongoing support, accountability, or simply a regular space to check in as life evolves.
