As we move towards the Summer Solstice, this 10 day online journey offers a gentle reset for body and mind - especially for women in perimenopause and beyond.
Just 30 minutes of morning yoga, breath, and stillness — to support your nervous system, restore calm, and help you move into your day with more ease and spaciousness.
If you’ve been waking up feeling scattered and simply needing a steadier, softer start to your day
This is your invitation to begin your mornings differently.
What we’ll do each morning
Move gently — with simple yoga sequences/stretches to wake up the body
Breathe — to support calm, focus and clarity
Rest — with space for stillness to reset the nervous system
Finish by 7.15am (or 8.00am weekends) — so you can carry that steady energy into your day
Build momentum — set a soft rhythm and routine
