Women's Health Coaching
A 3 month 1:1 coaching journey for women who want calm energy, peace with food, and sustainable routines in midlife.
You might be eating well, staying active, and doing your best — yet still feel:
-
Caught in food noise, cravings, or wondering if you’ll ever feel relaxed around food again
-
At odds with your body during perimenopause or menopause
-
Overwhelmed by conflicting advice and routines that never seem to stick
-
Tired, wired, or flat through the day, with food taking up more mental space than you’d like
This isn’t a lack of willpower.
It’s your body asking for a different kind of support.
If any of this resonates, you’re not broken — and you’re not doing anything wrong.
For many women in their 40s and beyond, hormonal shifts, accumulated stress, and years of “trying to be good” quietly push the nervous system into overdrive. Food becomes something to manage rather than enjoy, energy becomes unpredictable, and routines that once felt easy start to feel effortful.
This work is about coming back into steadiness, not starting again.
How I help
I work with women 40+ who are high-functioning on the outside, but feel tired, unsettled, or at odds with themselves underneath — particularly around food, energy, and daily routines.
Together, we gently untangle what’s driving the food noise and fatigue, and rebuild simple, realistic habits that support your body at this stage of life.
This approach is:
-
Non-restrictive and weight-neutral
-
Compassionate rather than corrective
-
Practical and rooted in real life
-
Designed to support your nervous system, not override it
There’s no pressure to be perfect — only support to feel more at ease.

Why work with me
My understanding of food, energy, and self-regulation doesn’t come from theory alone.
For many years, I lived with intense food noise, looping patterns around eating, and ways of coping that kept me disconnected from my body — while outwardly holding everything together. I know what it’s like to wake up already thinking about food, to feel at odds with yourself, and to carry the quiet exhaustion of constantly managing it all.
Yoga was the first place I began to experience my body as something precious rather than problematic. Through consistent practice and mentoring, I learned to see my patterns — not just on the mat, but in how I lived, worked, and cared for myself. That awareness became the foundation for real, lasting change.
Over time, my relationship with food settled. The noise softened. Trust returned — slowly, day by day. Learning how to nourish myself properly, understand triggers, and support my nervous system brought everything together. Health coach training gave structure and clarity to what I had lived and learned, allowing me to support others in a way that is grounded, practical, and compassionate.
I’m now 51, at ease with food, alcohol-free, and far kinder to myself than I ever was. I coach the way I do because I know change doesn’t happen through pressure or perfection — it happens through safety, honesty, and consistent support.
I work with women 40+ who want to feel steadier, energised, and more at home in their bodies — without guilt, restriction, or forcing themselves to cope.
