4 Weeks of 1:1 Health Coaching for Women Who Want More Energy, Clarity, Body Confidence and are ready finally to change the health habits that are holding them back.

 

That’s why I created the Autumn Health Reset

Most of us know what we “should” be doing for our health - eating better, moving more, managing stress. But knowing doesn’t make it happen. Habits circle back, and you’re left stuck and frustrated that nothing sticks.

This Reset is different. It’s not about rules, restriction, or starting another plan you’ll abandon in 2 weeks. It’s about stripping it back, getting clear on what’s blocking you, and creating small, sustainable shifts that finally last.

How it works:

• 15 minute clarity call - make sure this Reset is right for you

• There’s pre-work involved - 3 day food diary + sleep diary - so we start from honestly, not guesswork

• 1 x 60 minute health assessment deep dive - uncover what’s going on and set up to 3 personalised goals.

• 3 x 30 minute follow-up sessions (bi-weekly) - check progress, tweak where needed, and keep momentum

• 2 reflection emails in between sessions for support, accountability and guidance

• Session write-ups after each call - clarity on what to focus on and next steps

By the end of 4 weeks, you’ll have:

- Clearer routines that actually fit your life

- Food choices that give you energy instead of draining it

- More consistent energy that lasts through the day (without overdoing the sugar, caffeine, or constant crashes)

- Tools to calm stress and improve sleep

- Confidence in what’s next — whether you continue working with me or carry the tools forward solo.

This is about building the foundations for the long-term. In January, I’ll be opening a 3-month program for women who want deeper support, more sessions, and real change. The Reset is the first step.

Why Work With Me

For years, I navigated corporate stress and low self esteem while carrying habits that weren’t serving me. From my late teens to University and into my thirties, I struggled with disordered eating and continued to use destructive ways to cope with everything. On the surface I was high-functioning, but underneath I was a mess. Those patterns are behind me now — I’m alcohol-free, free of disordered eating, doing a job that I love and living with clarity and balance. At 51, I know it’s never too late to change, reset, and build a way of living that works for you.

Yoga became the anchor that helped me reconnect with my body, manage stress, and lift the lid on repeating patterns. Working with my own mentor showed me how powerful it is to have support, accountability, and space to see yourself clearly. That’s exactly what I bring into my work with clients.

Alongside lived experience and my training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (fully insured in practice). This combines a structured, evidence-based approach with the empathy and perspective that only real life brings.

What I offer is empathy, lived experience, and results-focused health coaching. I don’t hand you a rigid plan — we co-create something that works for your lifestyle, your body, and your goals. That way, the changes actually stick and you feel better for the long term.
