May Momentum is a short and supportive 10 day morning yoga reset for women - created to help you deepen your practice, build consistency, and begin the day feeling more grounded.

Some of you have joined me before for my seasonal offerings such as the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice practices, and this new container carries that same spirit of practising together with intention.

This is for you if you know you feel better when you move regularly, but life, routine or energy levels have pulled you a little off track.

Each morning you’ll:

✨ Create a simple springboard into the rest of your day -

how you move, eat, sleep routine and care for yourself

✨ Move the body to release stiffness and wake up
✨ Use the breath to settle the nervous system
✨ Take a pause before the day takes over
✨ Build consistency through showing up each day

✨ Finish by 7.30am - so you can carry that steady energy into your day

This is your invitation to begin your mornings differently.
