Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is an opportunity to rest, restore and heal...
Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is an incredibly powerful practice that aims to induce a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking to support overall good health and the body’s natural healing process.
Yoga Nidra soothes and engages the part of the nervous system which supports healing, rest and digest, encourages a healthy sleep pattern and mental clarity.
Yoga Nidra is a practice that anyone can do and you cannot practice Yoga Nidra incorrectly. There are no postures involved as the practice is taken lying down and there are no special techniques, you relax and follow the voice that is guiding you.
