SLEEP EASY
Let essential oils work their magic!
Here are my top 4 essential oils to promote relaxation and sleep
Lavender
One of the most commonly suggested oils for sleep and relaxation. There are many studies that point to Lavender's effectiveness in supporting sleep; improving sleep quality, increasing sleep amounts, and elevating daytime alertness.
Balance (blend of oils)
The warm, woody aroma of doTERRA Balance Grounding Blend helps create a sense of calm and relaxation. The aroma evokes feelings of tranquility and balance.
Cedarwood
Reminiscent of its size and strength, Cedarwood has a grounding aroma that evokes feelings of spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
Vetiver
Due to Vetiver’s calming, grounding effect on the emotions, it is an ideal oil to use in massage therapy and rubbed on the feet before bedtime to promote a sense of relaxation.

Body Scrub
I like to mix up a batch and store in a glass airtight storage jar in my bathroom.
Add 5 heaped tablespoons of unrefined fine pink Himalayan salt (must be fine)
2-3 tablespoons of carrier oil - fractionated coconut oil/sweet almond/argan oil to get a gritty consistency
5-10 drops Peppermint
5 drops Ginger 5 drops Grapefruit
Or just go with the oils that work for you!
Mix ingredients together, then in a circular motion scrubbing legs, thighs, upper arms, hips, belly but avoid face, neck, décolletage and sensitive areas.
Always rinse out shower or bath afterwards to remove excess scrub from the tray as the oil is slippy - please be mindful.

4 drops of Frankincense
4 drops of lavender
Grind the oats to a flour consistency

Wash off gently with a warm face cloth
You can store this in the fridge in an air tight container.
