Yoga Basics Class For Beginners
A slower paced class that re-affirms the basics.These classes are open to the yoga novice and for those wanting or needing a slower paced class that re-affirms the basics. It’s all about getting to know and making friends with your body, although the class maybe challenging at times, it will lay the foundation and grow your yoga practice.
This class is also a great next step for those who have completed the 5-Week Beginners’ Yoga Course, offering the opportunity to continue building strength, flexibility, and stability in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Please bring your own mat. Mats are available to borrow if needed
Entrance to the class is not the main library entrance but the green door opposite, usually propped open with a yoga block!
